INTRODUCTION TO GEOGEBRA
--------------------------------------------------
In order to play with these interactive GeoGebra modules you will need to make sure that you have the Java Plugin installed. If you don't have the plugin installed you will not see the interactive module below. If you don't see the interactive module below download the Java Plugin here. Once the Java plugin is installed restart your browser and come back to this page and will see the GeoGebra module below.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
To see some of the features that you can control in a GeoGebra module see my video here. Even though the video deals with the toolkit functions there is plenty to learn about how to interact with any GeoGebra module.

TWO WAYS OF MOVING POINTS IN GEOGEBRA |
Moving Points With Your Mouse In
The GeoGebra Window

You can move Point1 and Point2 using your mouse by left clicking on a point and dragging the point. |

Moving Points With GeoGebra Commands Using
The Command Input Field

You can move Point1 and Point2 by typing in a command to change Point1 and Point2's positions if you want more precision in Point1 and Point2's placement. Follow the steps below.
...As an example, to move Point1 to position (3,5) on the graph, type Point1=(3,5) into the input field then press the ENTER key on your keyboard. Make sure the letter "p" in Point1 is capitalized.
...As an example, to move Point2 to position (-7,-4) on the graph, type
Point2=(-7,-4) into the input field then press the ENTER key on your keyboard. Make sure the letter "p" in Point2 is capitalized. |
